Dit historische rijtuig wordt door de VSM tijdelijk in bruikleen afgestaan aan het NSM voor de tentoonstelling Tosti\u2019s Truffels Treinen. Een tentoonstelling over eten en drinken in de trein en op het station.<\/p>\n<p>De Mitropa is door onze diesellocomotief &#8222;Hippel&#8220; 636 vanuit Beekbergen naar Apeldoorn gebracht, hier was het wachten op de elektrische locomotief NS 1768 van het Spoorwegmuseum. Deze locomotief was onderweg van Bad Bentheim naar Apeldoorn met de al eerder <span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-1qd0xha r-ad9z0x r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">Rheingold- en TEE rijtuigen. Maar je kwam ze ook tegen op internationale trajecten, onder meer in de trein van Oost-Berlijn naar Hoek van Holland.<\/p>\n<p>Het rijtuig bestaat uit een keuken-gedeelte en een eetgedeelte. De keuken is voorzien van onder andere een kookplaat, een oven. Verder is er een afwasgelegenheid, een koeling en een vriesruimte. Een afsluitbaar gedeelte bevat een ruimte om de handen te wassen en een verlichte spiegel. Het eetgedeelte is opgedeeld in twee delen, welke door een glaswand gescheiden wordt.
