betrieben. Der Lokf\u00fchrer ist der Bediener der Lokomotive. Bei einer Dampflokomotive stellen er und der Heizer sicher, dass die Lokomotive vollst\u00e4ndig \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und alle beweglichen Teile geschmiert sind, damit der Zug losfahren kann!<\/p>\n<p>Vor der Abfahrt macht der Lokf\u00fchrer zusammen mit dem Zugf\u00fchrer den gro\u00dfen Bremstest, bei dem er pr\u00fcft, ob alle Bremsen ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df funktionieren. W\u00e4hrend der Fahrt ist der Lokf\u00fchrer f\u00fcr den sicheren Betrieb verantwortlich. An Bahn\u00fcberg\u00e4ngen muss der Stra\u00dfenverkehr gewarnt werden, dass der Zug unterwegs ist. Dies geschieht durch Pfeifen oder durch Anhalten des Zuges vor dem Bahn\u00fcbergang, damit der Zugf\u00fchrer den Stra\u00dfenverkehr mit der roten Fahne oder durch den Betrieb der Schranken warnen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Schicht fahren der Lokf\u00fchrer und der Heizer die Lokomotive herunter, damit die Lok sicher durch die Nacht kommt und am n\u00e4chsten Tag wieder einsatzbereit ist.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8220;Heizer&#8220; tab_id=&#8220;1591461278306-a9e8bae6-8fac&#8220;][vc_column_text]Der Heizer f\u00e4ngt oft am Tag vor der Fahrt an, die Lokomotive anzuheizen. Dadurch soll sich der Kessel langsam erw\u00e4rmen, sodass unn\u00f6tige Materialspannungen vermieden werden k\u00f6nnen. Sobald der Kessel anf\u00e4ngt, Druck aufzubauen, wird das Anheizen beendet.<\/p>\n<p>Am n\u00e4chsten Tag kommt der Heizer am fr\u00fchen Morgen, um die Lokomotive weiter anzuheizen. Die gesamte Lokomotive wird nun zusammen mit dem Lokf\u00fchrer gepr\u00fcft, geschmiert und geputzt. W\u00e4hrend der Fahrt sorgt der Heizer daf\u00fcr, dass die Lok ausreichend unter Druck steht, um fahren zu k\u00f6nnen, und dass der Wasserstand im Kessel ausreichend bleibt. W\u00e4hrend eines normalen Sommertages verbrennt der Heizer schnell 1,5 Tonnen Kohle!<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Schicht sorgt der Heizer zusammen mit dem Lokf\u00fchrer daf\u00fcr, dass die Lok sicher durch die Nacht kommt und die Lok am n\u00e4chsten Tag wieder einsatzbereit ist.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8220;Zugf\u00fchrer&#8220; tab_id=&#8220;1591461340576-2252639e-c7d6&#8243;][vc_column_text]Der Zugf\u00fchrer ist w\u00e4hrend des Dienstes f\u00fcr den gesamten Zug verantwortlich. Vor Schichtbeginn wird der Hauptbremsentest zusammen mit dem Lokf\u00fchrer durchgef\u00fchrt. Nach jedem Umlauf der Lok (an die andere Seite des Zuges gekoppelt) muss ein kleiner Bremstest durchgef\u00fchrt werden, um den korrekten Betrieb der Bremsen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Neben der \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Bremsen stellt der Zugf\u00fchrer auch sicher, dass alle Weichen in der richtigen Position sind, damit der Zug in die richtige Richtung f\u00e4hrt.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus gibt der Zugf\u00fchrer dem Lokf\u00fchrer das Abfahrtssignal, nachdem er die Erlaubnis des Zugverkehrsleiters angefordert hat. Die stark befahrenen Bahn\u00fcberg\u00e4nge entlang der Strecke, die nicht automatisch schlie\u00dfen, werden vom Zugf\u00fchrer bedient. Oft auf die altmodische Weise, um den Stra\u00dfenverkehr mit einer roten Fahne zu warnen, aber an den Stellen, an denen jetzt Schranken platziert wurden, per Knopfdruck.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8220;Schaffner&#8220; tab_id=&#8220;1591461985383-4cb51fcc-e106&#8243;][vc_column_text]Als Schaffner im VSM-Dampfzug sind Sie der Gastgeber \/ die Gastgeberin des Zuges. Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr Reisende, beispielsweise bei Fragen zu den verschiedenen Paketen f\u00fcr den jeweiligen Tag. Er oder sie kann aber auch technische Fragen zur Ausstattung beantworten, wie z. B. Jahre, H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeiten oder das Alter der Fahrzeuge.<\/p>\n<p>Zusammen mit dem Zugf\u00fchrer sind Sie f\u00fcr die Sicherheit im und um den Zug verantwortlich. Zum Beispiel helfen Sie bei der Abfahrt des Zuges, indem Sie alle T\u00fcren und Tore schlie\u00dfen, und regelm\u00e4\u00dfig durch den Zug gehen, um zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, ob sich alle Reisenden richtig verhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Der Ticketverk\u00e4ufer hilft dem Schaffner, indem er die Tickets an Reisende verkauft, die im Museumsdampfdepot Beekbergen, an den anderen Bahnh\u00f6fen und im Zug einsteigen. Der Schaffner stellt sicher, dass jeder im Besitz eines Tickets ist. Au\u00dferdem knipst der Schaffner alle Tickets auf historische Weise mit einer alten Zange.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus hilft der Schaffner auch beim Laden von Fahrr\u00e4dern und Personen mit Gehschwierigkeiten. Vor Tagesbeginn sorgt der Schaffner auch daf\u00fcr, dass der Zug fahrbereit ist, beispielsweise werden alle Toiletten \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und die T\u00fcren ge\u00f6ffnet. Nach der Schicht ist es auch wichtig, dass der Zug f\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Fahrtag wieder gereinigt wird.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8220;Bahnhofsvorsteher &#8220; tab_id=&#8220;1591461987872-59c9cde2-b0a8&#8243;][vc_column_text]Der Bahnhofsvorsteher bedient den manuell bet\u00e4tigten Bahn\u00fcbergang in Beekbergen. Wenn der Lokf\u00fchrer dem Bahnhofsvorsteher bei der Ankunft oder dem Zugf\u00fchrer bei der Abfahrt das Signal gibt, schlie\u00dft er den Bahn\u00fcbergang. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist der Bahnhofsvorsteher der Ansprechpartner f\u00fcr Reisende im Museumsdampfdepot, wenn Fragen zu den verschiedenen Paketen und zur gesamten Ausr\u00fcstung in Beekbergen gestellt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Bahnhofsvorsteher befindet sich im Bahnhofsb\u00fcro des Museumsdampfdepots Beekbergen. Hier werden die t\u00e4gliche Verwaltung und die Zahlungen der Schaffner abgewickelt. Au\u00dferdem werden die Taschen der Schaffner f\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Tag vorbereitet: Hier werden neue und ausreichende Karten eingelegt und das Wechselgeld in Ordnung gebracht.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8220;Catering&#8220; tab_id=&#8220;1591462029442-34d0586f-9490&#8243;][vc_column_text]Im Bahnhofsgeb\u00e4ude des Museumdepots Beekbergen und in den Z\u00fcgen der VSM gibt es immer eine Bewirtung. Das Catering-Personal bietet hei\u00dfe und \/ oder kalte Getr\u00e4nke und Snacks im Bahnhofsgeb\u00e4ude und an Bord des Zuges an. Sie k\u00fcmmern sich auch um den Souvenirverkauf im Zug.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der VSM ist es auch m\u00f6glich, Z\u00fcge in Kombination mit Catering zu mieten. Dieses wird von der VSM selbst bereitgestellt. Eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl von Freiwilligen setzt sich daf\u00fcr ein, dass Ihre Fahrt wie gew\u00fcnscht verl\u00e4uft. Die VSM-Dampflokomotiven werden nach festgelegten Wartungspl\u00e4nen gewartet. Alle Lokomotiven werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. Laufende Wartung und kleinere Inspektionen werden in Beekbergen durchgef\u00fchrt. In unserer Werkstatt in Apeldoorn finden gr\u00f6\u00dfere \u00dcberholungen statt.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8220;Wagenteam&#8220; tab_id=&#8220;1591727472467-388beebd-be33&#8243;][vc_column_text]Nicht nur die Lokomotiven m\u00fcssen gewartet werden. Die VSM-Wagen werden ebenfalls gem\u00e4\u00df den festgelegten Wartungspl\u00e4nen gewartet. Alle Wagen werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. Auch dies geschieht in Beekbergen.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden die Wagen auch optisch instandgehalten und es finden kleinere Reparaturen statt, aber auch die vollst\u00e4ndige Demontage und Montage der Wagen ist Teil ihrer Arbeit.<\/p>\n<p>Das Wagenteam ist auch damit besch\u00e4ftigt, regelm\u00e4\u00dfig alle beweglichen Teile wie die Bremsen zu schmieren und zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Alle Lager der Wagen werden ebenfalls regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und geschmiert. Auf diese Weise bleiben alle VSM-Wagen in Top-Zustand, sodass sie auch lange Reisen durch die ganzen Niederlande machen k\u00f6nnen.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8220;Infrastruktur-Team&#8220; tab_id=&#8220;1591727472643-93ac657a-d0f9&#8243;][vc_column_text]Die Strecke Apeldoorn &#8211; Dieren ist 22 km lang. Etwa 18 Kilometer davon geh\u00f6ren der VSM. Die VSM ist daher f\u00fcr die Instandhaltung dieser Bahnstrecke verantwortlich.<\/p>\n<p>Nicht nur die kontinuierlichen Schnittarbeiten werden in eigener Regie durchgef\u00fchrt. Bahnsteigverl\u00e4ngerungen, kleinere Gleiserneuerungen und Gleiswartungen werden ebenfalls von der VSM selbst durchgef\u00fchrt. Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcberpr\u00fcft, ebenso wie alle Schwellen und Klemmschrauben. F\u00fcr diese Wartung stehen dem VSM-Infrastruktur-Team zwei Arbeitsfahrzeuge zur Verf\u00fcgung, von denen eines mit einem Generator f\u00fcr die Stromversorgung ausgestattet ist.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8220;Elektroteam&#8220; tab_id=&#8220;1591727472732-182f7f5e-91e1&#8243;][vc_column_text]F\u00fcr alle elektrischen Arbeiten ist bei der VSM ein Elektroteam aktiv. Sie besch\u00e4ftigen sich mit dem Bau elektrischer Anlagen. Denken Sie an den Luxuszug, der mit Aggregaten f\u00fcr K\u00fchlung und Klimaanlage ausgestattet ist. Die Stromversorgung in den Werkst\u00e4tten und auf dem Gel\u00e4nde der VSM werden auch vom Elektroteam installiert \/ gewartet.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8220;Organisatorisch &#8220; tab_id=&#8220;1591727472567-96cb6ab5-f99e&#8220;][vc_column_text]Die Aufrechterhaltung einer Museumsorganisation wie der der VSM ist mehr als nur die \u00dcberholung und das Fahren von Dampflokomotiven. Beim Fahren von Schienenfahrzeugen sind viele Gesetze zu beachten. Innerhalb der VSM gibt es verschiedene Aussch\u00fcsse, die an der Durchsetzung und \u00dcberwachung der Anwendung dieser Rechtsvorschriften beteiligt sind. Dazu geh\u00f6rt die f\u00fcr die VSM sehr wichtige Eisenbahnsicherheit, aber auch die Werkstattpr\u00fcfung und Schulung des Fahrpersonals.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus muss eine gro\u00dfe Organisation wie die der VSM ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Aufzeichnungen f\u00fchren. Nicht nur die Finanzverwaltung wird von VSM-Freiwilligen durchgef\u00fchrt, sondern auch die vollst\u00e4ndige Kilometerregistrierung aller Fahrzeuge.<br \/>\nEs sind auch viele unterst\u00fctzende Aussch\u00fcsse aktiv, wie z.
